Deck Construction Tailored to Your Clearwater Home
Outdoor living and entertaining are some of the amazing benefits of living in Florida. If you are ready to extend your living to outdoors in Clearwater, consider quality deck construction. A deck offers a really nice area for you, family, and other guests to gather, and even safer access on and off watercraft.
The professionals at Priority Marine Construction have been trusted for over 30 years to provide outstanding service, design, and construction to their loyal and new customers.
Customized Build That Will Accommodate Your Unique Lifestyle
Constructing a deck is like constructing a home. Each is unique, and a buyer or builder will choose a design based on taste, lifestyle, and purpose. When deciding to build a deck on your property, you will want to consult with experts to determine how you will use your deck and where on your St. Petersburg property you would like it located.
Your consultant will help you envision how you will use your deck to determine important key elements. For example, if you plan on having a hot tub on your deck, or plan on using it as a space for a barbeque, this may affect the design and build of your deck. We want to ensure that you get the most out of your deck so we gain a thorough understanding of exactly what you need.
Priority Marine Construction will consider your budget to bring your dream to life while providing the highest quality materials and service. So your deck will stand the test of time and compliment your beautiful Clearwater yard.
Choosing The Perfect Materials in Deck Construction
The materials used in the construction of your deck are as important, possibly more important than design. Weather in the Clearwater area can be harsh, so Priority Marine Construction believes in using materials that resist the toughest conditions. We worked with only the top-of-the-line products, right down to the stainless steel screws and galvanized bolts that will hold your deck together.
Your Priority Marine Construction consultant will work with you to help you decide on elements such as what you would like to use for the flooring and railing of your deck. Choices include:
- Wood – a traditional option. All the lumber we use in our deck construction is durable, pressure-treated, and water repellent. We offer Tropical Decking by Sunbelt Forest Productions.
- Trex – a wood fiber-polymer composite material that does not rot or splinter. It resists insect damage, fading, mold, and mildew, in addition to being super easy to care for.
- TimberTech – a composite that is resistant to the elements as well as fading and scratching.
- Azek – a cellular PVC material that does not absorb moisture, so it will not mold, mildew, or rot, neither is it attractive to termites.
Our team will work closely with you to choose the best material for your deck, that will accommodate you and your family best. We strive to create the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy your time to the fullest extent.
Durability
We want you to enjoy your deck as long as you enjoy your Clearwater home. To that end, our materials are durable to withstand the wear and tear of family, guests, and Florida elements. Our top-of-the-line products, materials, and construction practices ensure your deck construction can endure salt, sun, water, storms, people, pets, furniture, and food.
Our customers also take comfort in the knowledge that when they are ready to sell their home, a deck build by Priority Marine not only adds visual appeal but increases the value of the home.
Access The Water With Ease
A deck allows for easier access in and out of the water, whether you’re going for a swim or coming home from a memorable boat day. We can even install LED lights onto your deck to make night time use safer.
Not only will LED lights make using your deck at night safer, but they also add an aesthetic enhancement that you and guests will love. Imagine, you’re relaxing after the sunset and you can enjoy an ambient glow from the lights.
