Custom Deck Builders

Hiring deck builders for a home to create a patio feature is a valuable asset. For relaxing in the backyard, a patio is a perfect place to eat breakfast on a pleasant Clearwater or St. Petersburg morning. Throwing an outdoor party or grilling with the family is simple with an outdoor gateway.

A patio also allows for easy access to the water for loading a docked boat. You can also attach a hot tub or Jacuzzi to create a tranquil sanctuary of ultimate relaxation. The addition of a trellis or fireplace can customize the living space. A patio is an excellent way to enjoy the outdoors and expand a home.

Built to Last

Our deck builders will construct the patio using the finest materials available. We will create an outdoor relaxation space that will last against water, weather, and wear. We use stainless steel screws, double bolted sills, and galvanized bolts to ensure that the patio is safe and sturdy. Also, we offer many choices of materials.

Here are a few popular options:

Made of HDPE reinforced with fiberglass, WearDeck boasts the highest live load rating in the industry. Their boards are weatherproof, waterproof, and heat-reflective. Rated for ground contact and underwater installation, WearDeck is our preferred deck material.
TimberTech is like Trex-a a durable composite with many selections.
Tropical Decking by Sunbelt Forest Productions supplies a traditional, natural, wooden look to the patio.
Azek, is a material that is highly durable and resistant to scratches, stains, splits, and mildew. Azek is available in a plethora of colors, offering variety for the patio’s look.

These materials are a few of the possibilities for the patio. The vision, design, and safety of the patio are paramount with Priority Marine. The deck builders at Priority Marine Construction are committed to working with clients to create a custom, long-lasting, beautiful deck that utilizes materials and designs specifically suited to the customer’s needs.

A Valuable Asset

Patio Features

A patio can add the following features to the home:

An outdoor eating area
An open space for parties
A play area for children
An opportunity to attach a pool or hot tub
A location to attach a trellis or fireplace
Easy access to the water
Easy loading into the docked boat
Added home value

Most importantly, building a deck will increase your living space. As stated above, your deck can be used as a space for parties, a play area for the children, and some people even start gardens. The deck is a perfect area to start a container garden and even grow herbs and spices to cook meals. Additionally, custom decks really allow you to elevate your backyard. People are sure to notice and enjoy your new area for social gatherings. Plus, if your guests intend to do any swimming, the deck allows for safer and more efficient access in and out of the water. If you’re on the fence about having a deck built, just imagine all of the new memories you’re going to create in your elevated space.
